Hey y'all, I'm here from the great state of Louisiana! Proud to be on Team Nuun 2016, I'm here to be a part of the fun as a speed walker. I haven't been a runner for a few years now since a near fatal crash with a car while on my bike in 2013. But I LOVE what going slower has done for my appreciation of the scenery, the sounds, and the chance to cheer on my friends (who are passing me!) in a triathlon.
